Tulia, Texas—Bill Warren, 68, died Monday, February 14, 2011 in Tulia. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, 2011 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rusty Gray, pastor of Tulia Christian Fellowship officiating. Cremation services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. William F. Warren was born December 17, 1942 in Allen, Oklahoma. He grew up in the Wichita and Newton, Kansas area and graduated from Newton High School. He married Doris Evans on July 12, 1965 in Hutchinson, Kansas. He worked in construction most of his life and retired in 2007 from Reinke Manufacturing Company in Deshler, Nebraska where he worked for 14 years. He also volunteered for RSVP in Tulia. He is survived by his wife: Doris Warren of Tulia, two sons: Lonnie Warren and wife Jana of Amarillo and Bill Warren of Amarillo, three brothers: Donald Warren and wife Brenda of Wichita, Kansas, Bennie Warren and wife Millie of Newton, Kansas and James Warren and wife Mary of Herington, Kansas, four sisters: Norma Bolin and husband Travis of Wichita Falls, Texas, Clara Powell of Park City, Kansas, Sharon Priest of Newton, Kansas and Jennifer Stone and husband Jack of Aiken, South Carolina, seven grandchildren: Randall Warren, Landon Warren, Nicholas Warren, Sabrina Warren, Tony Lance, Nathan Parker and Tanner Gibbs. He is preceded in death by a brother: Wiley Warren.
