Tulia, Texas—Margaret Braddock, 88, formerly of Nazareth, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011 in Friendswood, Texas. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 4, 2011 in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Nazareth with Father Ken Keller officiating. Burial will follow in the Holy Family Cemetery in Nazareth. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A rosary will be said at 6:00 P.M. Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the church. The body will lie in state at the funeral home until 4:45 pm on Sunday. She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Ronnie and Jo Braddock of Gayville, SD, Bernie Braddock of Amarillo, Donald and Rowena Braddock of Alvin, Genevieve and Bill Ward of Amarillo, six grandchildren: Anita Braddock and husband Kim Mathieson of Justin, Gary Braddock and wife Linda of Littleton, CO, Shawna Strang and husband Anthony of Abilene, LaTisha Bader and husband Chris of Moore, OK, Bionca Sharp and husband Rodney of Amarillo and Dirinda Snider and husband Timmy of Amarillo, six great grandchildren: Allison Herman, Garrett Strang and Grayson Strang, all of Abilene, Randon Sharp and Tyler Sharp of Amarillo and Tanner Snider of Amarillo. She is preceded in death by her husband: Rudolph Braddock, her parents: Pete and Frances Szydloski, her twin sister: Mary Acker and her four brothers: Leo, Frank, Ed and Jim Szydloski. Margaret loved her farm, gardening, crafts, being a homemaker and especially her family and friends. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
