Tulia, Texas—Pauline “Polly” Porter Belcher Inman, 94, died Monday, April 11, 2011 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia with Rev. Charles Davenport officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Pauline was born March 28, 1917 in Bokchito, Oklahoma to Joseph Lynn and Fannie Porter. She grew there and later attended business college in Durant, OK. She lived in California and worked for different Department stores. She moved to Plainview in 1952. She married Jack Inman on July 4, 1970. They lived in Tulia where she worked for Tulia Feedlot for several years. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband: Jack Inman of Tulia, two daughters: Jana Parson of Tulia and Paula Burkes and husband Howard of Cuero, three sons: Ron Inman and wife Arlean of Elk City, Oklahoma, Don Inman and Tommy Belcher, both of Tulia, one brother: Edmon L. Porter of Durant, Oklahoma, ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Thomas Lynn Porter and Jerry L. Porter, one sister: Geneva Hoytee, one infant daughter: Andrea Louise Belcher and a granddaughter: Adrienne Lea Inman.
