Judi Meadows Nickell (Plainview)

Judi Meadows Nickell, 59, of Plainview, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2011 in Plainview. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Seth Ward Baptist Church in Plainview, with the Rev. Jim Ritter of Tye, Texas officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Judi was born on October 11, 1951 in Littlefield, Texas to Otis and Lucille (Tubbs) Meadows. She was raised in Olton, Texas and attended schools in Olton. She married William Nickell in 1968 in Olton, Texas. She worked as a waitress for many years. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Otis and Lucille Meadows. She is survived by her husband, William Nickell of Plainview; her daughter, Amber Dawn Nickell of Plainview; her son, William Arthur Nickell, Jr. of Concord, CA; her brother, Doyle Meadows and wife Gloria of Fayetteville, TN and their daughters, Mindy and Caroline Meadows; her grandchildren, Mystery Kyndra Joy Neeham and Kayleigh Ryan Anderson; and her nephews and nieces, Larry Beasley, Trey Beasley, Dusty Rankin, Crystal Heard, and Sheila Thrasher.
