Jenelle Jordan(Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Jenelle Livingston Demuth Jordan, 93, died Monday, June 20, 2011 in Canyon. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2011 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia with Rev. Jesse Hodge officiating. Jenelle was born December 14, 1917 in San Antonio. She grew up and attended schools there. She married Edwin Demuth in 1934. He died in 1939. She moved to Swisher Co., attended Draughn’s Business College in Amarillo and worked for the AAA office in Tulia. She married Archie Jordan in 1942 and he died in 1986. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Tulia. Memorials may be made to the Conner House, 2 Cottonwood Lane, Canyon, Texas 79015 or to a favorite charity.
