September 17, 2011 Tulia, Texas— Joyce Charlene Stapp, 76, passed away on Saturday September 17, 2011 in Stamford, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 23, 2011 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia, Texas with Rev. Ernie McGaughey officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Charlene was born September 16, 1935 in Tulia, Texas to John Calvin and Sally Stapp. She is survived by one brother: Johnny Stapp of Tulia, one sister: Robbie Bowman of Oklahoma City, one niece: Debbie and David Roehn of Oklahoma City, two nephews: Douglas Bowman of Oklahoma City and Robert Dale Gibson of Dallas, two great nieces: Samantha Jane Gibson and Danielle Cariss Gibson, one great nephew: Robert Dane Gibson.
