Alicia Burrell (Plainview)

Alicia Burrell, 71, passed away at 1:10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mrs. Burrell was born April 4, 1933 in Eagle Pass, Texas. She married Juan Burrell in 1962 in Plainview he preceded her in death. She was a long time resident of Plainview. She is survived by one daughter; Ruby Ann Jimenez of Plainview, two sons; Rudy Escobar of Henderson, Nevada and Toby Lee Burrell of Plainview, five brothers; Valdo DeHoyos of Yuma Arizona, Arthur Garcia of Kentucky, Roy DeHoyos of San Antonio, Tx, Armando DeHoyos of Carrizo Springs, Tx and Roberto DeHoyos of Amarillo, Tx, three sisters; Irma Lopez of Amarillo, Tx, Delia Cervera of San Antonio, Tx and Berta Garcia of Crystal City, Tx, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
