Agnes Cleo Usrey Crutchfield, 97, of Plainview, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Plainview. Memorial Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2012 at Westridge Manor. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon, TX. Agnes was born October 14, 1914 to Olen & Vallie Usrey in Wood County, Texas. She married Roy Crutchfield December 12, 1932 in Hollis, OK. He preceded her in death. She was a member of Clarendon Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Blasingame & husband Tommy of Hereford, TX, and Jeanette Blevins & husband Dee of Plainview, TX; two sisters, Reba Shields of Durant, OK, and Kathryn Yates of Murray, KY; five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and eleven great great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thank you to Patricia Alvarez and the wonderful staff of Westridge Manor. The family suggests memorials be made to Clarendon Church of Christ 300 S.
