Domingo D. Gonzales (Plainview)

Domingo D. Gonzales, 81, of Plainview passed away Friday, August 31, 2007 at his residence in Plainview. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. Tueday, September 4, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Gonzales was born to Manuel and Petra Gonzales on November 15, 1925 in Fredericksburg, Texas. He married Antonia Galvan on July 8, 1944 in Ballinger, Texas. Mr. Gonzales was a long time resident of Plainview. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Antonia Gonzales of Plainview; three daughters: Amelia Ruiz of Plainview, Delma Diaz and husband Jesus of Plainview and Edna Lopez of Plainview; four sons: Willie Gonzales and wife Janie of Denton, Henry Gonzales and wife Abby of Lubbock, Fernando Gonzales and wife Diana of Plainview and Jesse Gonzales; three brothers: Fred Gonzales of Plainview, Paul Gonzales of Lubbock and Martin Gonzales of Dallas; one sister: Olivia Cortinas of Hereford; 18 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Rosary will be recited Sunday and Monday at 6:00 p.m. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors.
