Paul Welch (Plainview)

Paul Welch, 51, of Plainview passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 in Lubbock. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Paul was born on April 5, 1961 in Jena, Louisiana to Timothy and Dorothy Welch. He grew up in Spearman and graduated from Spearman High School in 1979. He attended West Texas State and received his degree in Technical Theater. He then got certified in Computer Drafting while living in Irving, Texas. He married Joanne Trajber on January 25, 1997 in Irving. Paul has been working as a Computer Draftsman since 1993. They moved to Plainview in 2009 and he was currently employed by Choice Industrial Construction. Paul is survived by his wife, Joanne Welch of Plainview, and a sister, Tammy Harrington and husband Matt of Amarillo.
