Tulia, Texas— Nancy Foshee, 70, died Sunday, May 6, 2012 in Tulia. Cremation services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Nancy was born July 17, 1941 to E.J. and Melba Smith in Sacramento, California. She grew up in Albuquerque, NM and graduated high school there. She married Bob Turner and he later died in 1973. She married Richard Foshee in 1986. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband: Richard Foshee of Tulia, one daughter: Cindy Rhoten of Canyon, two sons: Danny Turner of Higgins and Allen Turner of Albuquerque, one sister: Dell Greenwall of Sierra Vista, Arizona, eight grandchildren: Leslie Shawn, Josh Turner, Brandon Turner, Calvin Childress, Justin Turner, Amber Turner, Stephanie Rhoten and Christopher Rhoten and eight great grandchildren: Alexis Shawn, Hannah Shawn, Amelia Shawn, Kotton Shawn, Dannielle Shawn, Haylie Turner, Brogan Childress and Hayden Childress. She is preceded in death by her first husband: Bob Turner, her sister: Linda Kay Wick and her parents: E.J. and Melba Smith.
