Tulia, Texas—Viletta “Bobby” Stephens, 98, died Saturday, June 30, 2012 in Tulia. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. She was born April 5, 1914 in Morgantown, West Virginia. She lived a long and full life. She will be buried in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Park Cemetery in Fair Oaks, California.
