Cleta Evelyn Hailey (Plainview)

Cleta Evelyn Hailey, 84, of Plainview, passed away at 7:45 p.m., Sunday, July 10, 2005 at Covenant Hospital of Plainview. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at College Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Don Robertson, pastor, officiating. Her body was donated to Texas Tech Medical Science Center. Arrangements are by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Hailey was born on December 23, 1920, in Lakeview, Texas. She had graduated from Lakeview High School in 1937. She had moved with her family to Dalhart in 1938 and had moved to southern California where she lived for 60 years. She had moved to Plainview in March of 2005 and was a resident at Plainview Health Care Center. She is survived by one daughter Olivia Sue Ruiz of San Diego, California; two brothers Robert Wallace of Weiger, Idaho, Herb Wallace of Plainview; three Grandchildren; one Great Grandchild.
