Epifanio Regino, Sr. (Plainview)

Epifanio Regino, Sr., 80, of Olton, passed away at 1:10 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2005. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005 at First Assembly of God in Plainview with Rev. Randy Santiago, Pastor, officiating and Ruben Rejino assisting. Interment will follow in Olton Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Regino was born on May 26, 1925 in Rancho Retamal, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He married Sara Salinas on August 18, 1948 in Sebastian, Texas. Mr. Regino was a farmer and a resident of Olton. He is survived by his wife, Sara Regino of Olton; One daughter Irma Almaraz of Olton, Tx; Six sons Raul Rejino of Meridian, Ms, Oscar Rejino of Olton, Tx, Elias Rejino of Meridian, Ms, Samuel Rejino of Meridian, Ms, Danny Rejino of Meridian, Ms and Ruben Rejino of Olton, Tx; One sister Consuelo Galvan; twent-nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son; Epifanio Rejino, Jr. and one brother Gregorio Regino. Memorials may be made to Vista Care Hospice – 4418 Olton Rd., Plainview, TX 79072. Wake service will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors, 201 W. 4th, Plainview, TX.
