Darrell Glenn Stapp (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas— Darrell Stapp, 60, died Thursday, December 13, 2007 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2007 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Ernie McGaughey, retired Methodist Minister officiating, burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Darrell Glen Stapp was born August 23, 1947 in the Tulia hospital in Tulia, Texas. Johnny, Charlene and I really loved our brother. We remember the good times when we were children and as we were growing up. We had two loving parents who loved us and each other. To us, our brother was an important person. Darrell loved God and he did go to church. We truly believe Darrell is in Heaven with Jesus and our parents. He is preceded in death by our parents, Sally Robbins Yearwood Stapp and John Calvin Stapp and one brother-in-law, Ralph Bowman. Darrell is survived by his brother: Johnny Morris Stapp and his sisters: Joyce Charlene Stapp and Robbie Dale Bowman, one niece: Debbie Ann Roehn and husband David Roehn, two nephews: Doug Bowman and Bob Gibson, two great nieces and one great nephew.
