Pauline H. Muniz (Plainview)

Pauline “PeeWee” Muniz, 70, of Plainview passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Plainview. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Raymundo Manriquez officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Muniz was born June 20, 1937 in Spur, Texas. She married Tino Muniz in 1957 in Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs Muniz was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband: Tino Muniz; one daughter: Elsa Muniz of Plainview, three sons: Pedro Muniz of Plainview, Johnny Ray Muniz of Plainview and Jaime Muniz of San Antonio; five brothers: Lupe Hernandez of Artesia, N.M., Tommy Hernandez of Albuquerque, N.M., Oscar Molinar of Artesia, N.M., Tommy Molinar of Floydada and Carlos Molinar of Lockney; two sisters: Cuca Villapando of Plainview and Lule Esquivel of Artesia, N.M., nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7 p.m. in Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel.
