Jess Dale Wyatt, 37, of Hale Center died on Friday, March 15, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at First United Methodist Church in Hale Center with Ron Brunson and Robert Malcolm officiating. Interment will follow in Hale Center Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Jess was born July 24, 1975 to Ricky Wyatt and Sharon Sherley in Hale Center, TX. He graduated from Plainview High School. Jess married Kristi Mahagan on July 8, 2002 in Abernathy. He is survived by his wife: Kristi Wyatt of Hale Center; one son: Jaxon Wyatt of Hale Center; one daughter: Emily Wyatt of Hale Center; his father: Rick Wyatt & wife Julie of Mabank; his mother: Sharon Sherley of Lubbock; Father & Mother in law: Marshall & Linda Gibson of El Reno, OK; Grandparents: Joe & Barbara Pierce of Mabank and Alton & Joretta Wyatt of Plainview; two brothers: Wade Wyatt & wife Kelsey of Malakoff and Cooper Wyatt of Athens; one sister: Amy Jo Smith & husband Wade of Smyer; brother in law: Jarrod Goree & wife Sarah of Springtown. He was preceded in death by grandparents J.D. & Freda Sherley. A savings account has been established at Happy State Bank for Jaxon and Emily Wyatt.
