Travis Lynn Brown (Plainview)

Travis Lynn Brown, 73, of Plainview died on April 5, 2013 in Plainview. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 8, 2013 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Chris Downer, Chaplain of Legacy of Love Hospice officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday, April 7, 2013 at the funeral home. Travis was born December 10, 1939 in Lindsey, Oklahoma to Charlie and Euna Brown. He married Ada Mae Means on November 1, 1958 in Plainview. Mr. Brown was a musician and loved his family and grandchildren. He retired from WalMart as a truck driver in 2001. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Patricia Johnson. He is survived by his wife: Ada Brown of Plainview; two daughters: Diane Youngblood of Plainview and Becky Trevathan and husband Tom of Waco; one son: Bill Brown and wife Josie of Plainview; two brothers: Kenneth Brown and Bill Brown both of Plainview; one sister: Joy Couch of Kilgore; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
