Edna Ann Thomas (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Edna Ann Thomas, 72, died Monday, April 8, 2013 in Plainview, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Tulia. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Edna was born January 27, 1941 to Edward and Joye Thomas in Hedley, Texas. She grew up in Hedley and she graduated from Tulia High School in 1961. She retired from Tulia ISD food services after 26 years. Edna was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by one sister: Dorothy Boyett of Tulia. One niece: Debra Earl of Tulia, three nephews: Alvin Boyett and wife Judy of Tulia, Jerry Boyett of Tulia and Terry Boyett and wife Tammy of Rogers, Arkansas and several great nieces and nephews.
