Clara L. Palomo (Plainview)

Clara L. Palomo, 91, of Plainview died on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at the funeral home. Mrs. Palomo was born on April 16, 1922 to Frank & Julia Lonzo in Austin, TX. She married Antonio Palomo on August 2, 1941 in Waco. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1997. Mrs. Palomo was a long time Plainview resident and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by two daughters: Gloria Gonzales & husband Manuel of Plainview and Geneva Guerra & husband Santos of Oklahoma City; one son: Tony Palomo, Jr. & wife Jeri of Colorado Springs; one brother: Manuel Mendoza & wife Flora of Waco; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
