Maria Moreno (Tulia)

Maria Guadalupe Moreno, 68, of Tulia, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 13, 2013 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Joe Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A memorial service will be held on Saturday evening at 6:00 P.M. May 11, 2013 at the funeral home. She married Guadalupe Moreno in 1962. They moved to Tulia in 1970. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit. She is preceded in death by her husband, two brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her children, Melba Moreno, Erasmo Moreno, Sally Garcia, Reynaldo Moreno, Maria Moreno, Christa Moreno, Victor Moreno all of Tulia, Maricella Moreno, David Moreno, Ruben Moreno all of Amarillo; 23 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
