Judith Ann Leatherman, 70, of Plainview passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph Johnson officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Judith was born on June 17, 1943 in Vernon, Texas to Jesse and Ruby Wofford. She grew up in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School. She served as a church secretary, secretary for the Justice of the Peace office in Tulia. She also worked for KTUE Radio station in Tulia for many years. She later worked for a health food store before opening up her own called the Health Nook which she operated for several years. She is survived by her two sons, Mark Leatherman and wife Amy of Plainview, Kevin Leatherman and wife Anna of Tulia; her mother, Ruby Wofford of Plainview; one brother, Jerry Wofford and wife Retta of Plainview; and four grandchildren, Lilly, Tate, Crystal, and Hunter.
