Onofre Hinojosa (Plainview)

Onofre Sanchez Hinojosa, 70, of Plainview, went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Monsignor Ben Kasteelo officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A Christian service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, August 2, 2013 at the funeral home. Onofre was born April 26, 1943 to Eliseo & Estanislada Hinojosa in Harlingen, Texas. He married Sandra Casas on March 27, 1981 in Lubbock, TX. He owned and operated Frisco Bakery. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Casas Hinojosa of Plainview, TX; three daughters, Maria Isabel Hinojosa of Huron, S.D, Sandra Adams & husband Sam of Plainview, TX, Monica Hinojosa & Daniel Rodriguez of Plainview, TX; one son, Onofre Hinojosa, Jr. & wife Debra of Midland, TX; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
