Elijah Seth Elkanah Weiss (Plainview)

Elijah Seth Elkanah Weiss, son of Evan and Sherril Weiss left on his chariot of fire Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Memorial services will be held Friday at 4:00 P.M. at 9th and Columbia Church of Christ with Mr. Jim Reyna officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Elijah was born on July 13, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas. Despite Edward Syndrome Trisomy 18 his parents chose to give him life. Although just 4 Weeks old, his life was a testimony of faith and courage. His sole purpose was to glorify God, and that is what his little life has done. He is survived by his parents Even & Sherrill Weiss; ten siblings, Sean Seacrist & wife Mary, Shaddiah Galan & husband Eric, Evan A. Weiss, Samson Weiss, Narayani Weiss, Deborah Weiss, Tamako Weiss, Tobias Weiss, Kazuko Weiss, and William Weiss. He is preceded in death by his brother, Enoch; grandparents, Narayani Diorio and Joanne Grossenbach. A love fund has been set up at Happy State Bank c/o Elijah Weiss.
