Errah "Janie" Richburg (Plainview)

Errah “Janie” Richburg, 93, of Plainview died on Sunday, September 29, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 4, 2013 at Northwest Church of Christ with Lewis Center officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 P.M. in Loraine Cemetery in Loraine, Texas under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview, Texas. A visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mrs. Richburg was born on June 18, 1920 in Grand Saline, Texas to Henry Jordan and Bessie Mae Yarbrough. She married Allen Richburg, Sr. on August 31, 1941 in Loraine, Texas. He preceded her in death. She worked as a nurse at the Plainview Hospital and as a cosmetic consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was a member of the Home Demonstration Club, Plainview High School Band Boosters and Northwest Church of Christ. She is survived by two sons: Thomas Richburg & wife Nancy of Plainview, TX and James Richburg & wife Mary of Sun Prairie, WI; one daughter: Susie Bullock & husband Jim of El Dorado, AK; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
