Jerry Nickel (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Jerry Nickel, 73, died Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, October 18, 2013 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Karel Smith, pastor of First Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Jerry was born September 14, 1940 in Lynn County, Texas to Robert and Dimmie Nickel. He grew up in Tulia and was a member of the First Christian Church. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother: James Nickel. His family includes one sister: Roberta Hotchkiss of Tulia, one brother: Donald Nickel of Lake Mackenzie and several nieces and nephews.
