William "Bill" Carlin (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—William Herbert “Bill” Carlin, Jr., 68, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Tulia. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Bill was born September 10, 1945 in Houston where he grew up. He married Jessie Elvera Porter on April 14, 1970. He was an Ordained Baptist Minister. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His family includes his wife: Jessie Carlin of Tulia, his children: Mickey Berry, Douglas Carlin, William Carlin, III, Charles Carlin, Michael Carlin, Amanda Brookins, Megan Carlin, Tiffany Carlin, Ashley Carlin, John Carlin and Clifford Carlin, 24 grandchildren and one great granddaughter: Lillie, one brother: Al William Carlin and one sister: Debra Nell Moore.
