Easom Moore (Plainview)

Easom Moore, 84, of Plainview, passed away on November 9, 2013 in Plainview. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 6 to 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Easom was born on October 30, 1929 in Levelland to Cap & Fannie Moore. He graduated from Temple High School and moved to Plainview in 1949. He married Pauline Smythe on January 2, 1951 in Clovis, N.M. Mr. Moore worked as sales manager for Jack Morris Ford and retired after 44 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Plainview. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Dewitt Moore. He is survived by his wife: Pauline Moore of Plainview; one daughter: Renee Rowell & husband David of Hale Center; one son: Randall Moore & wife Leta of Plainview; two grandchildren: Shane Rowell & wife Kim and Jennifer Rowell and two great grandchildren: Kylie Rowell and Paige Rowell. The family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church of Plainview or First Baptist Church of Hale Center.
