Norman Lee Briscoe (Plainview)

Norman Lee Briscoe, Sr. 60, of Kress, passed away Saturday January 18, 2014 in Amarillo. A memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Kornerstone Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Springer officiating and Rev. Steve Rogers assisting. Arrangements are under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Norman Briscoe was born on June 25, 1953 in Abilene, Texas to Thurman Jay and Rosa Lee Briscoe. He married Sharon on December 28, 2010 in Plainview. He loved fishing and his grandchildren were his heart. He is preceded in death by his sister, Diane Cooper. He is survived by his wife; Sharon Briscoe of Kress, three daughters; Sharon Sanchez of Midland, Cameron Stowe of Midland and Amber Harper of Lovington, NM; four sons; Norman Briscoe, Jr. of Houston, T.J. Briscoe of Midland, Nathan Clayton of Olton and Heith Clayton of Colorado Springs, CO; eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild; two sisters, Darlene & Debbie, and one brother, Dennis Briscoe and his parents, Thurman Jay and Rosa Lee Briscoe.
