Edna R. Brown (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Edna R. Brown, 72, died Wednesday, February 5, 2014 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, February 10, 2014 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Edna was born July 15, 1941 in Mangum, OK to Jessie and Ruby King. She grew up in Mangum, OK and Pampa, TX. She married Ernest Brown. She worked for Kenneth and Veda Wyatt for over 20 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: Debbie Smith and two brothers: Gary King and Greg King. Her family includes her husband: Ernest Brown of Tulia, one daughter: Connie Matthews and husband, Vergual of Tulia, three sons: Stanley Brown of Plainview, Ernest Brown, Jr. of Texas City, TX and Walter Lee Brown of Pampa, two brothers: Torres King and Anthony King, both of Lubbock, three sisters: Sharon Johnson and husband, Daniel of Irving, TX, Tammy Smith of Irving, TX and Pamela Renee Smith and husband Parnell of Florida, eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
