Vickie Jo Lozano (Plainview)

Vickie Jo Lozano, 47, of Lubbock, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 31, 2013 at First Assembly of God with Rev. Nelson Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A family visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home. Vickie was born on August 13, 1966 in Hale Center. She graduated from Plainview High School and attended South Plains Community College and became an LVN. Vickie was a kind and giving person willing to help anyone. Her grandson was her pride and joy. She is survived by her children, Desiree Valenzuela Mata & husband Marty of Lubbock, TX, Heather Lozano of Albuquerque, NM and Samuel Gaona & wife Rosa of albaquerque, NM; her parents, Klara & Ismael Gonzales of Plainview, TX, and Jose & Selia Lozano of Tahlequah, OK; four sisters, Regina Ervin & husband Terrance, Trisha Habe & husband Ali, Kizzy Gonzales & Rachel Gonzales; five brothers, Ismael Gonzales, Jr, & wife Mary, Gilbert Gonzales, Peter Gonzales & wife Ilene, Anthony Sena & Anthony Paul Lozano & wife Manda; three grandchildren, Domryn Mata of Lubbock, TX, Catherine Rose & Samuel Luis Gaona .
