Ara Louise Culp Stanford (Plainview)

Ara Louise Culp Stanford, 89, of Fort Worth, peacefully went into the arms of her Savior on April 12, 2014. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Plainview Memorial Park with Pastor Larry Brown, of Gateway Church Southlake, TX, officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Louise “Diker” to many, was preceded in death by her son, Gary, her parents, six brothers, and two sisters. She is survived by her husband Gordon Stanford of Fort Worth; son, Anthony Stanford & wife Jan of Lubbock; and daughter, Rebecca Wilson & husband Dick of Fort Worth; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, all whom she adored and prayed for every day. She is also survived by her in-laws, John Stanford & wife Janet of Lubbock, and Dick Lillie & wife Nelda of Austin.
