Howard Neal (Plainview)

Howard Neal, 90, of Plainview, passed away at 10:41 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Plainview Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 9th & Columbia Church of Christ with Colquitt Nash and Jay Simpson officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Neal was born July 19, 1915 in Milam, Texas. He married Edna Grelle on October 4, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Neal served in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1945 and moved to Plainview in 1959. Mr. Neal worked for Seipp Machine shop and retired from the Texas Department of Transportation. He was a member of 9th & Columbia Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife: Edna Neal; one daughter: Ann Neal Taylor of Dallas, Tx; one son Glynn Neal of Plainview, Tx; one brother: Dallas Neal of Rotan, Tx; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son: Fred Neal.
