Sue Dietrich (Plainview)

Sue Barlow Dietrich, 80, of Plainview passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. A Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday evening, June 28, 2014 from 6 to 7:30 P.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Sue was born on July 28, 1933 in Childress, Texas to Jerry and Bobbie Barlow. She grew up in Cee Vee and attended schools in Cee Vee and Paducah. She married Arnold Dietrich on January 18, 1952 in Providence. She was a member of the Chachtaw Nation of Oklahoma and was proud of her heritage. She enjoyed her friends and family and her hobbies such as crafts and working in her yard and garden. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; parents, Jerry and Bobbie Barlow; and a sister, Nellie Barlow. Survivors include her two sons, Jimmy Dietrich of Providence and Michael Dietrich and wife Jo Beth of Providence; two brothers, Jerry Don Barlow and wife Carolyn of Holdenville, Ok, Jimmy Barlow and wife Linda of Childress; three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She will surely be missed. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Lockney Fire Department or the American Cancer Society.
