Jeff Jones(Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Jeff Jones, 51, died Saturday, August 23, 2008 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Tom Stribling, officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Jeff was born August 20, 1957 in Dimmitt. He grew up in Nazareth and graduated from high school there. He married DeAnn Todd on April 17, 1977 in Tulia. He was currently working for Jimmy Fisher Pump Service. Survivors include his wife; DeAnn Jones of Tulia, one daughter; Heather Jones of Happy, one son; Michael Collins of Amarillo, four brothers; Hal Jones, Larren Jones and Quentin Jones, all of Nazareth and Thomas Jones of Washington, DC, three sisters; Marlene Vandergriff and Nadine Cotterman, both of Dayton, Ohio, and Carol Juvenal of Tulia, three grandchildren; Caleb Butler of Happy, Ashton Collins and Taylor Collins, both of Amarillo, also his mother-in-law; Neta Todd of Tulia.
