June Nabors (Plainview)

June Nabors, 77, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Nabors was born on September 26, 1937 in Rotan, Texas to Vernon & Rena Mae Boen. She married Charles Nabors on March 13, 1954 in Plainview. Mrs. Nabors is preceded in death by her parents: Vernon Boen and Rena Sharp and two sisters: Evelene Moore and Rosey Isabell. Mrs. Nabors is survived by her husband: Charles Nabors of Plainview; two daughters: Julia Smith & husband Jimmy of Boyd, Texas and Janice Mulkey & husband Fred of Plainview; one son: Eugene Nabors & wife Rhonda of Plainview; one sister: Pam Miller of Plainview; five grandchildren: Macelanie Love, Mackenzie Nabors, Mackaylla Templeton, Sarah Smith and Kyle Mulkey and one great grandchild: Kollin Love.
