Tulia, Texas— Tom D. Cameron, 59, died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at his home in Tulia. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, October 24, 2014 at Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo. Cremation services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Tom was born on May 18, 1955 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Al and Lillian Cameron. He grew up in Nazareth, Texas and graduated from Nazareth High School. He married Lynn Schulte in April 1981. They lived in Nazareth until 1995 when they moved to Tulia. He worked for Bell Helicopter in Amarillo. He attended Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo but most importantly he was a great husband and father. His family includes his wife: Lynn Cameron of Tulia: two sons and a daughter –in-law: Zachery Cameron of Amarillo and Eric and Sarah Cameron of Virginia Beach, Virginia, soon to be granddaughter: Emma Rae Cameron, one sister: Anita Cameron of Golden, Colorado and one nephew: Christopher Lind of Golden, Colorado, also Lynn’s Mother: Nana, Lynn’s brothers and sisters: Lou and Bernie Wethington of Tulia, Don and Brenda Schulte of Nazareth, Susie and Neil Dobmeier of Odessa, Bruce and Tanya Schulte of Nazareth and Jeana and Lynn Williams of Nashville, Tennessee, and numerous nieces and nephews.
