Ora Lee Jones (Plainview)

Ora Lee Jones, 95, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2008, in Plainview. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 31, 2008 in Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Jack Dyer and Glenn Harlin officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Jones was born December 12, 1912 in Bronte to Alexander E. and Lelan Mae Long Rodgers. She married Earl Jasper Jones on September 25, 1932 in Hobbs, New Mexico. He passed away on September 26, 2005. She is survived by two daughters: Wanda Dyer & husband Paul of Weatherford and Norma King & husband Otis of Spring Lake; one brother: A.V. Rodgers & wife Donella of Eunice, New Mexico; twelve grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren; two daughter-in-laws: Linda Jones of Grandbury and Claudean Jones of Midland. Visitation for family and friends will be 6-7 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2008 in Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel.
