Glenda Kay Berry(Tulia)

Tulia, Texas— Glenda Kay Berry, 73, died Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia. Cremation services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Glenda Kay was born April 14, 1941 in Canyon to Oscar and Mary Lou Evans. She grew up in Swisher County. She graduated from Tulia High School in 1959. She married her high school sweetheart Bobby Lee Berry on August 15, 1959 in Canyon. They lived in Swisher Co until 1968 when they moved to Hart. They later moved to Lubbock in 1999. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Her family includes one daughter: Betsy Bob Berry Hooper of Lubbock, three grandchildren: Evan Lee Hooper of Los Angeles, CA, Tiffany Kay Hooper and Dailey Jo Hooper, both of Lubbock.
