Marzelle Arnold(Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Marzelle Arnold, 85, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Eddy Helms, pastor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Mrs. Arnold was born January 20, 1923 in Tulia, Texas. She married Robert Henry Potter in 1940 in Tulia. He preceded her in death in 1960. She was a life long resident of Tulia and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter: Roberta Sue Potter Tanner of Tulia; one son: Danny J. Potter of Dumas; one brother: Donald Hicks of Amarillo; eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, William Bruce Potter. Memorials may be made to Rose Hill Cemetery.
