Camille D’Lynn Westbrook, 28, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2008, at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at Seth Ward Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Camille was born on July 25, 1980 in Hale Center, to Steve and Tonya Westbrook. She grew up in Plainview and attended schools there. She moved to Idaho and completed her education. She was a licensed beautician for 10 years before returning to college to be a nurse. She was currently employed at Amarillo Urgent Care as an L.V.N. She was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Fincher Westbrook. Survivors include a son, Fabian Ryan Martinez of Houston, Texas; her parents, Steve and Tonya Westbrook of Big Spring, Texas; one sister, Chastity Hinojosa of Amarillo, Texas; two brothers, Chas Westbrook of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Chase Westbrook of Lubbock, Texas; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Dorothy Westbrook of Sun City, Arizona; maternal grandparents, Joe and Leta Pruitt of Edmonson, Texas; and three nephews and one on the way. A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Memorials may be sent to Compass Bank of Plainview.
