Serena Basaldua (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Serena Basaldua, 19, died Friday, March 20, 2015 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in the Central Church of Christ with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Serena was born June 29, 1995 in Plainview. She grew up in Tulia and graduated Tulia High School in 2013. She was living and working in Amarillo. Her family includes her parents: Terri and Freddie Brookins of Tulia, one brother: Jairyn Galan of Tulia, three sisters: Jacie Eudey of Dumas, Sadie Brookins of Tulia and Semira Brookins of Tulia, her grandparents: Teresa Basaldua of Tulia and Fred and Patty Jo Brookins of Tulia.
