Tulia, Texas—Wanda Lee Moore, 80, died Friday, April 17, 2015 in Tulia. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, April 20, 2015 in the Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Karel Smith officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Wanda was born on April 2, 1935 in Elk City, OK to John William and Lilly May Lewis. She grew up in the Flomot, Quitaque area and moved to Tulia in the Early 1950’s. She married T.W. Moore, Jr. on October 15, 1952 in Clovis, NM. She was a longtime Tulia resident. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church in Tulia since 1965. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and four sisters: Cecil, J.W. and C.B. Lewis, Helen Shipp, Bernice Titus, Hazel Rice and Lois Wallace. She is survived by one son: Robert Moore and wife Debbie of Sweetwater, one daughter: Colene Cook and husband Gary of Brownfield, two sisters: Dorothy Kincaid of Foreston and Lena Higgenbotham of Waxahachie, six grandchildren: Amy Dawson and husband Jeromy, Shelley Moore, Robin Dean and husband Donald, Lauren Greenfield and husband Chad, Meghan McCarty and husband Joseph and Tim Moore, three great grandchildren: Sloan Clay, Colby Dawson and Foster Dean and one great, great granddaughter: Claire Dean.
