Paul Waller, 46, Tammy Waller, 44, and Michele Waller, 18, of Plainview, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2015 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Marrow officiating and Rev. John Powell assisting. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the funeral home. Michele Waller was born on March 4, 1997 to Paul & Tammy Waller in Lubbock, TX. Michele, with one ‘L’, was a very active student involved in Varsity Tennis, FCCLA, and Choir. She was also a member of the Powerhouse of the Plains Band where she served as Band Chaplain, leadership team and section leader. While in the band she competed in UIL events and together they received division 1 ratings all four years. She took dual credit classes at Wayland Baptist University where she planned to attend in the fall. Michele enjoyed volunteering and did so at Compassionate Care, First Baptist Church Children’s Ministry Choir and YMCA Child watch. She previously worked at J&J Garden Mart but you might recognize her beautiful smile from Wood Fire Grill where she currently worked. Survivors include her partner in crime, her brother, Trey Waller; her grandparents, Jack & Donnie Waller of Rogers, AR and Leonard & Donna Phillips of Plainview, TX; great grandmothers, Pauline Waller & Clara Goodgion both of Plainview, TX; aunt, Sheila Desadier & husband John of Rogers, AR; uncle, Mark Phillips of Plainview, TX. The Waller’s are a compassionate and loving family who were a part of Plainview Lions Club, Paul & Tammy both served as the clubs Tail Twisters, and Michele as the Princess for the 2013-2014 school year. Paul and Michele previously went on a mission trip to Guatemala to share Christ’s love. Tammy and Michele helped deliver Meals on Wheels locally. They had a heart for God’s people near and far spreading his joy whenever possible. Waller Family Love Fund has been set up at Prosperity Bank.
