Tulia, Texas—Pat Glasscock, 85, died Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Jason Stone, pastor of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Olton Cemetery in Olton, Texas. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Pat was born on October 27, 1929 in Borger to W.R. and Latreace Bartlett. She graduated from Olton High School in 1946. She married Jim Glasscock on April 4, 1947 in Littlefield. They lived in Olton until moving to Earth in 1955. Then they moved to Littlefield in 1965 and to Tulia in 1966. She was the Manager for the Jolly Roger Convenient Store in Tulia for several years. She also operated Water Works for several years. She was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star, the VFW Auxiliary and First Baptist Church in Tulia. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jim in 2009 and a son, Alan in 2012. Her family includes two sons, Bob Glasscock of Runge and Danny Glasscock of Tulia, three brothers, Estes Bartlett of Fritch, Mike Bartlett of Tucson, AZ and Mickey Bartlett of Pima, AZ, four grandchildren, Shawn Glasscock of Joshua, TX, Cristi Lajeunesse of Kennedy, TX, Heather Opstedal of Taos, NM and Logan Glasscock of Taos, NM, seven great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
