Mrs. Loflin was born on August 3, 1943 to William & Velma Cones. She married Donald Loflin on August 8, 1961 in Ft. Sumner, N.M. He preceded her in death on November 27, 2006. She worked hard all of her life to provide for her family. Luana worked at the local Meat Packing Plant for about 10 years and then sold Avon for over 26 years from home while taking care of her husband and family. Mrs. Loflin was the most kind, loving, sweet, God fearing and hard working woman anyone could ever meet. She never met a stranger and loved everyone whom she met. Luana adopted just about anyone that came across her path as a part of her family. This included people, animals and fruit. She had a deep love for her children and grandchildren and would do anything within her power to make sure they had everything they needed, even to the point of sacrificing her own needs for them. She was well known and loved by everyone she met and she will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by three daughters: Donna Abbott & husband Randy of Plainview, Amy Ratliff & husband Tony of Plainview and Susie Loflin & Earnest Robinson of Plainview; three sons: Wesley Loflin & wife Cathy of Plainview, Gene Loflin & wife Lori of Foothill Ranch, CA and John Loflin & wife Darlene of Highland Ranch, CO; one brother: Billy Cones of Ft. Sumner, NM; one sister: Ruth Randleman of Ft. Sumner, NM; nineteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. Online condolences can be sent at www.kornerstonefunerals.com
