Tulia, Texas—Sharon Beeson, 73, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, September 24, 2015 in the Central Church of Christ with Mr. Oscar Chavez, Chaplain of Area Community Hospice officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Sharon was born on October 8, 1941 in Tulia to Hubert Alexander and Callis Goss Love. She was raised in Tulia and graduated from Tulia High School in 1960. She married Gary Beeson on April 12, 1962. She worked for the First National Bank in Tulia before moving to Wray, Colorado where she worked for the bank there. They returned to Kress, Texas in 1974 and then back to Tulia in 1975. She worked for R & R Spraying Service and then for Taylor-Evans Seed Co., where she worked for 31 years. She then worked for the Tulia Rural Health Clinic for the past 13 years. Her family includes her husband: Gary Beeson of Tulia, two daughters: Kristi Roybal and husband Phillip of Hobbs, NM and Kymberly Sperry and husband Chris of Amarillo, one brother: Jerry Love and wife Trisha of Tijeras, NM, four grandchildren: Kassidi House, Eric Roybal, Kale Ferguson and Ellen Roybal, six great grandchildren: Tate House, Kamryn Ferguson, Tynlee House, Michael Roybal, Hayley Callendar and Nicole Callendar and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
