Norma D. Frausto (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Norma D. Frausto, 59, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 in Amarillo. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, August 13, 2016 in the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit with Father David Contreras, pastor officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A rosary will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home chapel. Norma was born on June 3, 1957 in Plainview to Felix and Lorene Frausto. She graduated from Tulia High School in 1977. She went to the Marines for 8 years. She returned to Amarillo and attended Amarillo College and Vista College where she graduated with a degree as a medical assistant. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother: Daniel Frausto, one sister: Cynthia Frausto and one brother-in-law: Ismo Cruz. She is survived by two brothers: Ronald Frausto and wife Margarita of Spring Branch and David Frausto and wife Paula of Tulia, and three sisters: Debra Cruz of Tulia, Nelda Garza and husband Joe of Tulia and Janice Rodriquez and husband Joe Rey of Tulia.
