Eualyne Wilson Needham, 82, of Hale Center passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Hale Center with Rev. Jimmy Cameron officiating and Terry Wright assisting. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Plainview under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 6 to 7 pm at Kornerstone. Eualyne graduated from Olton High School as the Salutatorian in 1951. She then attended and graduated from West Texas State College. She worked for Hale County as a social worker for many years before working as a counselor for MHMR for Drug and Alcohol addiction. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hale Center and also a member of the Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her husband James William “Bill” Needham; parents, and a daughter, Kathy Marie Needham. She is survived three sons, Jackie and wife, Carolee Needham of Hale Center, Harold Needham of Lubbock, David and wife, Darlene Needham of Grandview; her grandchildren, Tim and wife, Samantha Needham, Cody Needham, Dalton Needham, Cory and wife, Kristin Needham, Jason Needham, Jenifer and husband Jeremiah DeLeon, Caleb Needham, Katy Needham, Bryan and wife Taylor Needham, Kyle and wife, Caitlin Needham and Mandi and husband, Eric Miller; nine great-grandchildren, Haley, Knox, Hadleigh, Morgan, Kylar, Joshua, Matthew, Mason, and Maxton; one brother, Curtis and wife Lela of San Jose, CA; and a sister, LeAnn Collis of El Dorado, Arkansas.
