Ruidoso, New Mexico—Dale Bice, 42, died Sunday, September 18, 2016 in Carrizozo, New Mexico. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia, Texas with Rev. Rusty Gray officiating. A visitation will be held from 5:30 – 7:00 pm on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Tulia, Texas. Funeral services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia, Texas. Dale was born on June 12, 1974 to Vesta Cagle Chitty and Johnny Authur Bice in Tulia. He graduated from Tulia High School in 1992. He later served in the Marine Corp from December of 1992 until 2004. He married Kassie Henderson on August 19, 2006 in Tulia and worked for Chitty’s Auto Clinic for several years. Dale and Kassie lived for many years in Tulia, where they later moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico in November of 2013. Dale had a passion for motorcycles and he loved his club. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Dean and Laverne Cagle, Laura and O’Dale Bice, an uncle: David Hurt, a cousin: Dean Hurt. He is survived by his wife: Kassie Bice of Tulia, four sons: Colton Bice of Springtown, Skyler Monroe of Tulia, Zack “Ty” Bice of Tulia, and Kaleb Bice of Tulia, his mother: Vesta Chitty and husband Donnie of Tulia, his father: Johnny Bice and wife Barbara of Odessa, one brother: Charles Newbold and wife Serena of Ruidoso, New Mexico, one half brother: Matt Bice and wife Jenna of Karnes, Nebraska, one step brother: Joe Chitty of Tulia, two half sisters: Jennifer Monk and husband Blake of Odessa, Jordan Reynolds and husband Logan of Fort Worth, one step sister: Keely Taylor and husband Scott of Hastings, Oklahoma, his aunt: Linda Hurt of Tulia, his cousins: Shelly Bengston, Dana Guess and Jamie Haddock and many honorary children and brothers.
